Amber Anderson, M.S., LMHC

You don’t have to navigate life’s struggles on your own. Therapy can be a powerful step toward feeling more in control of your emotions, healing from past experiences, and building a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can openly explore what you’re going through and begin making meaningful, lasting changes.

Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we focus on helping you gain clarity, develop healthier coping skills, and rebuild confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths so you can move forward with greater resilience and self-understanding.

I work with individuals ages 16 and older using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. These approaches allow us to tailor treatment to your unique needs—whether you’re looking to process trauma, manage anxiety or depression, reduce stress, or make lasting behavioral changes.
